Ballistic approved
Besides this model is approved according to ANSI it’s also approved by the military fragment test (MIL-PRF-31013). The MIL Test contains all kinds of tests with fragments, in all sizes, at both high and low speed – shot against the lenses in the goggles.
This test is demanded as approval for work use in the military and the armed forces all over the world.
US ANSI Test approved
The ANSI approval which all of the Wiley X glasses is approved for, show that Wiley X not only makes nice design sunglasses, but includes the safety in the models. ANSI is the US test, which is compatible to the European EN.166 test.

Prescription Lenses
Models shown with this icon are available with prescription lenses.
Test the model with your personal prescription data under PRECRIPTIONS
Models can be made with Single Vision or Progressive lenses. Wiley X only delivers lenses glaced into the frame. Precription lenses only is not possible.
The lenses can be made with different strengths depending on the frame you choose. Each frame has its own parameter. For further information please contact the nearest Wiley X Dealer, who will help you carry out your order. You can find the nearest Dealer on our web-side.

Wind Gasket
This model comes with a Wind Gasket. The Gasket is made of a soft and comfortable foam material, which protect the eye againt wind and other effects. The Gasket is easy to dismount and then you have a normal sunglass.
Mirror
The models with this icon comes with a mirror on the lenses. Fx. Silver Flash, Bronze Flash, Sunburts and Blue Mirror.
Elastic Strap
Some of the models comes with a Elastic Strap, which can be mounted on the temples and give a optimal comfort.
100 % UV-A & UV-B protection
All the Wiley X models protects 100 % against UV-A and UV-B beams.
EN166 Test Approved
Models with this icon are EN166 tested. It shows that Wiley X not only makes nice design sunglasses, but includes the safety in the models. EN166 is the European test, which is compatible to the US ANSI test.
The test allows you to call your glasses for safety glasses.
