TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WXE ONLINE SALES
1. PURCHASE AT WILEY X EUROPE LLC
The purchase is not binding before an order confirmation is created and received by e-mail, from WXE.
2.1 Customers resident in countries within EU trade agreements regarding VAT.
All prices are with Danish VAT 25% fee in the chosen currency.
2.2 Customers resident in countries inside Europe with zero-rate VAT conditions.
All prices and deliveries to the following countries are without Danish VAT fee.
• Bosnia Herzegovina
• Channel Islands
• Faroe Islands
• Former Yugoslav Republic of Moldova
• San Marino
You may have to pay other costs e.g. payment of duty, taxes or service fees by the import into your homeland. Please, find out from your custom authorities.
2.4 WXE responsibilities
WXE are not responsible for:
• currency fluctuation
• Force majeure
• delivery failure
• tax changes
• Technical errors
• sold out goods and misprints
3.1 SALE IN GENERAL
The specified total price at the time of booking is the total invoicing price.
3.2 SALE ONLINE
There can only be ordered goods through the online web-shop from European end-users. WXE do not accept direct orders via phone, email or fax.
4. COLLECTING ORDERS DIRECT FROM WXE WAREHOUSE
WXE do not accept customers collecting orders direct from any WXE warehouse locations inside Europe.
The order will usually be shipped the following day after receiving the order. Delivery is via UPS and the duration for each country is as noted below:
1 to 3 days for: Finland, Netherlands, Croatia, Luxembourg, Malta, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Germany
3 to 4 days for: Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Iceland, Italy, Poland, Britain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Vatican, Austria
4 to 5 days for: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine
5 to 6 days for: Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia
7 to 8 days for: Andorra, San Marino
Deliveries to Denmark is handled by DPD. Normal shipping time is 2-3 days.
5.2 TRACK & TRACE NUMBER
All orders are sent as package(s) to the customer. Track and Trace number from UPS will be sent via e-mail to the customer once the shipment is collected from WXE warehouse. Do notice that it may take up till 12 hours before Track and Trace number gets activated by the shipping company.
5.3 DAMAGED WHEN DELIVERD
If the goods have been damaged during transit, you must immediately contact the shipper and report the damage.
5.4 TRANSPORT INSURANCE
All shipping fee are included transport insurances, with regard to the Shipping companies insurance rules.
6.1 E-MAIL ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an online order the customer needs to send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org marked with “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject field. The cancel order email must contain the full name of the buyer and order confirmation number. All canceled orders must be accordingly to point. 6.2
6.2 TIME FRAME FOR ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be done before 11.00hrs (11.00AM) same day the order is made.
If the order is placed after kl.14.00 (2.00PM), cancellation must be made at the latest 09.00 (09.00AM) the following day. All reported times are Central European Time (CET+1).
6.3 ORDER CANCELLATION
When you wish to cancel an existing order write in your e-mail marked "CANCEL ORDER" the booking date, first name, surname and the order number.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
WXE accept the following credit card/cash card payments:
American Express (Only Danish issued cards)
8. CLAIM, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
There is a 2 year warranty on products purchased from WXE.
8.2 CLAIM POLICY
Claim procedure is practiced either by getting goods replaced, repaired, total refund, or reduction in price, depending on the individual situation. These claim procedures are based on a justified reference to that the product haven’t been used in any incorrect or irresponsible handling of the goods. Damaged goods should be notified within a reasonable time. By reasonable time means within two months after the goods had been damaged. If the claim is reasonable, WXE will fully refunded the freight costs that the customer may have been charged for to return the goods.
Damage to product caused by impropriate handling, modified product, cleaning with non- authorized optic liquid or serious abuse by the customer, is not covered by claim policy.
Goods returned as cash on delivery or without postage will not be accepted. Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. Damage resulting from inadequate packaging is the customer's responsibility.
8. 5 PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT ERRORS
In case of a returned defective or incorrect product to Wiley X Europe LLC, where the failure or malfunction, specified by the customer cannot be found, WXE will hold back the product and charge the sender a handling fee on 15,00 Euros + shipping cost to sent it back to the costumer. WXE will send an invoice on this amount to the customer and hold the product at the warehouse until the invoice is reg. paid at the WXE bank account.
The products must be returned to WXE unused, complete and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging.
8.7 PROOF OF PURCHASE
Goods can only be returned along with the purchase invoice on the product, sent to you during the time of your purchase. WXE cannot process the returned product if there is lack of proof of purchase. We will await the process pending invoice.
8.8 RETURN SHIPMENT TO WXE
We suggest sending the package via registered post or shipping company with track and trace system. This eliminates the risk of not knowing whether the product have been delivery or not to WXE.

9. PURCHASE WITHDRAWAL
9.1. 14 DAYS WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
According to the Consumer Affairs all purchase of goods over the online WXE system gives the consumer the right to a withdrawal period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your purchase.
The 14 days period commences from the time when the goods are transferred to the consumer. Should the purchase be canceled within 14 days, WXE will refund the price of the product. WXE holds the rights to refer to the point 8.6
To exercise this right, the consumer must ensure that the item is delivered to the Freight Company or carrier no later than 14 days after receipt of goods.
9.2 CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
To exercising the right, the product must be returned in substantially the same condition as when the transfer. This refers to the point. 8.4 + 8.6 + 8.7 + 8.8.
If these items are not complied with the conditions the customer will be credited to the corresponding lower amount equal to the deterioration. In the worst case, lack of original packaging etc. lead to the acquisition cannot be undone.
9.3 SHIPPING COSTS DUE TO WITHDRAWAL
Shipping charges are not liable for refund.
Upon receiving the shipment, WXE examines the condition of the item. When the product is approved by the warehouse the products purchase amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card or deposit in your bank account. WXE is obliged to refund the amount within 30 days in accordance to the Danish Consumer agreement § 12c.
9.5 CLIENT’S BANK ACCOUNT
In able to refund money to the customer it is essential that we have the necessary information on customer’s bank information (Bank name, Bank registration number and Bank account number).

Mark package "WITHDRAWAL" REMEMBER to attach a copy of purchase invoice, as proof that the identity of the returned goods purchased from WXE.

This registration enables us to deliver the product to you.
All personal data registered by us will be stored for a period of 5 years, according to the Danish accounting law, after which the data is erased. Personal information about you will not be collected through our website, without your explicit consent. As such you will be aware of the exact information we have on you and the purpose for it. We will not disclose any personal information to third party and moreover no sensitive personal data on you will be registered. As customer with WXE, you can always opt out of being registered and you also have the right to access over your personal data which is possible under the Data Protection Act.
